Our specialism is recruiting within Residential Childcare and Special Needs Education. Due to rapid expansion, we are currently looking for an Internal Recruitment Trainer to join the company whereby the individual will be responsible for coaching, developing and accelerating success throughout the sales team.
The role is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a recruitment background who’s looking to share their experience and get into a mentoring/coaching role, stepping away from the sales aspect. It offers flexible working hours (25-30 hours per week) with an attractive package on offer which includes a commission scheme.
Responsibilities of the Internal Recruiter Trainer role:
- Reviews existing training materials produced by third parties to determine appropriateness and relevance.
- Modifies or creates course materials and training manuals to meet specific training needs.
- Assist with the implementation of a CRM system.
- Suggest, implement and assess ongoing strategies to motivate the Internal Sales Team.
- Monitors training programmes and manuals to ensure that they are effective and up-to-date and makes updates as necessary.
- Works with managers to address learning issues, instruction problems, or new educational needs regarding specific employees or departments.
- Provide effective coaching to boost performance.
- Modifies or creates course materials and training manuals to meet specific training needs.
- Manages training programmes that include web-based presentations, group sessions, training videos etc.
- Experience of designing and delivering internal leadership and management programmes.
The successful candidate must have:
- High level EQ with the ability to inspire and understand individual motivators.
- Solid drive to home grow new talent and support in their success.
- Previous recruitment-based experience, ideally at management level.
- Experience mentoring & developing a team.
- A sales driven attitude with suitable commercial awareness.
