    PMLD Teaching Assistant

    Location: Nuneaton

    Salary: Dependent on experience

    Enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistants are required to work on a 1:1 basis within a PMLD setting in Nuneaton. This role involves working closely with the teacher and other support staff to assist in the learning and development of students with PMLD. With flexible working hours available this role would be perfect for a Teaching Assistant with previous experience working with PMLD students that is seeking a role with a great work life balance.

    These roles would be a great fit for individuals with the following experience:

    Experience working within SEND schools or settings working with children or young people

    Knowledge or experience working with PMLD (Profound Multiple Learning Difficulties)

    Full driving licence (not essential)

    Transferrable skills relevant to working within SEND settings

    Role and responsibilities:

    Adhering to Teacher lesson plans to support the learning and development of students

    Working closely with Teaching Assistants in groups or on a 1:1 basis with students that require additional support in their learning

    Promoting positive choices

    Offer wellbeing support to students
