DegreeSix are currently looking for Psychology Graduates to work within SEN. We are seeking specialist SEND teaching assistants to work within our schools in the Coventry & Warwickshire area. Are you passionate about education and wishing to make a real difference to pupils’ learning? Within these roles, you will be able to utilise the skills and knowledge you have obtained during your degree in an education setting whilst gaining relevant experience.
Your new role
The successful candidate will be required to:
- Work both within small groups and on a 1:1 basis
- Support pupils’ with learning disabilities
- Be reliable, approachable and able to work calmly under pressure
- Assist the class teacher whilst receiving their support and guidance

To be successful within the role, you will need:
- A degree in Psychology
- Be able to communicate well whilst remaining positive
- A flexible approach to working
- A desire to enhance the lives of others through your work
- Utilise the knowledge you have obtained throughout your degree
