    SEN Teaching Assistants needed for daily supply in Leicester!

    DegreeSix are a specialist SEN agency who work with many schools in Leicester & Leicestershire.

    The schools we work with have an ongoing & continuous need for regular daily supply and are looking for flexible, punctual, dedicated, and passionate individuals for these positions. The roles and hours will vary, offering you flexibility, but will typically fall between 8.30am-3.30pm Monday-Friday during term time. This is a great way to gain experience within different schools in the country, whilst working towards longer term opportunities if this is your end goal.

    You will be required to work with children with SEN either 1:1 or in small groups throughout the day. You will be also assisting the class teacher throughout the day along with playground duties at times. Experience with SEN such as ASD, EBD Speech and Language, ADHD, Behavioural children is essential.

    What you will need to be successful:

    • Experience of working in a similar role
    • Resilience and patience
    • Driving is not essential, but access to public transport will be beneficial
    • DBS (online) or willing to obtain one
    • 2 checkable references
