SEN Teaching Assistants needed in northampton!

DegreeSix recruitment are a specialist SEN agency that are working with a large number of SEN schools across Northampton that are seeking a number of Learning support assistants for daily supply work to help throughout the week.

This is a great opportunity if you have other commitments throughout the working week to earn some extra money and have the flexibility of choosing the days which you can work. Passion and an interest in SEND is a must as your will come across challenging situations.

These are positions require you to work with children with SEN either 1:1 or in small groups. It would be ideal if you possess Team Teach but it’s not essential.

They are looking for Learning support assistant’s with experience working with ASD, EBD Speech and Language, ADHD, Behavioural difficulties. .

What you will need to be successful!

• Experience of working as an SEN Teaching Assistant in primary or secondary school
• You will need be patient and resilience
• Team Teach is desirable but not essential
• Driving is not essential but is desirable.
• DBS (online) or be willing to obtain one
• 2 check-able references
