SEN Teacher/Tutors required
Degree Six is currently working with Schools who are seeking experienced tutors to work in both short-term and long-term roles supporting students with additional needs. We require tutors with experience working with both primary and secondary aged students on a 1:1 basis.
The pupils who need assistance range from 3 – 19years and can sometimes show resistance with their learning, therefore require calm and positive teaching which is made fun and exciting for these pupils on a 1:1 basis.
If you are a tutor with experience of working with SEN and are interested in completing additional hours during after school periods or are an individual who believes that they have the right qualities and passion to assist these pupils needs then this role could be perfect for you.
The role would be a great fit for someone with the following experience:
Teaching Qualifications or a Degree equivalent.
Experience working with SEBD students
Experience working with PMLD students
Virtual teaching experience or online tutoring experience
Experience working with vulnerable or LAC students.
In addition to the above qualifications, you could also hold a comparable overseas teaching qualification (UK NARIC assessed) or be a holder of QTS. NQT’s will be accepted.
