After achieving a national presence with the supply of Permanent staff, we moved into our first office in the Regus building.

We grew our sales by 89%

Through establishing our brand within the Residential Childcare market we were able to expanded our service and offer Temporary solutions. Recruitment services within Residential Childcare.

After exponential growth of our Temp services, we were able to service the East Midlands with a team of 100+ Temporary workers. By this stage, we were ready for a larger office and moved to Horsefair House, with a team of 12 internal recruiters and back office staff.

We grew our sales by 52%

Another year we enjoyed fantastic growth and another office move! We doubled our head count to 24 employees and moved into a suite that allows plenty of room for further growth with a capacity of 45 employees.

COVID 😳! Whilst this was the most disruptive time of our business / life we managed to sustain our business!

A Full year of lockdowns, NHS claps and Video meetings, we remarkably managed to post a growth in revenue!

We launched our new industry leading incentive scheme where employees have shared great memories at the Brit Awards, all inclusive holidays to Ibiza & Portugal + many more

After posting 8 years of consecutive growth, we found we’d outgrown our current office and took the plunge to moving into A+ office building!

We look to expand the business, concentrating our efforts on the north of the country
