We’re proud of everything that we have already achieved since launching in 2014, and are always looking ahead to the next chapter, excited about what the future holds. Take a look at some the significant milestones on our ongoing journey below.


2014

DegreeSix launch Permanent Recruitment services within Residential Childcare.


2015

Working hard to expand our service and develop the brand.


We grew our sales by 185%


2016

After achieving a national presence with the supply of Permanent staff, we moved into our first office in the Regus building.


We grew our sales by 89%


2017

Through establishing our brand within the Residential Childcare market we were able to expanded our service and offer Temporary solutions. Recruitment services within Residential Childcare.


2018

After exponential growth of our Temp services, we were able to service the East Midlands with a team of 100+ Temporary workers. By this stage, we were ready for a larger office and moved to Horsefair House, with a team of 12 internal recruiters and back office staff.


We grew our sales by 52%


2019

Another year we enjoyed fantastic growth and another office move! We doubled our head count to 24 employees and moved into a suite that allows plenty of room for further growth with a capacity of 45 employees.


2020

We opened our second site in the South East of the country with the objective of converting further Temp business through the established relationships we hold through our Permanent recruitment services.


We grew our sales by 35%


2023 onwards

We aim to continue to grow both o­ffices, opening up new divisions to enhance our coverage nationally.
