What your day to day will look like:

• Serving as pivotal link between clients and candidates, facilitating successful employment matches
• Create your own network of candidates through job adverts, job fairs and professional networking sites. Screening candidates to assess their suitability
• Maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, understanding their unique SEN staffing needs
• Creating pipeline of cold and warm clients
• Identify and attract top talent within the SEN sector, ensuring the right match for both candidates and schools
• Supporting our clients by providing daily supply staff using the candidates you’ve recruited (temp desk)

Skills & Experience Sought:

• Proven experience in recruitment or a sales-driven role, with a track record of fostering client relationships and expanding client base
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• A passion for the education sector, particularly SEN, with a commitment to making a positive impact
• Sales experience, ideally B2B (6 months minimum)
